1. Someone Paid The Right Amount To Your Server But It's Not Reflecting
Transactions can take a while to go through - please be patient. Payments require 15-20 minutes from the time they are paid to synchronize with the system. This is because of CoinPayments' internal forwarding mechanisms.
2. I Have Over 1000 members, is the subscription the same?
If you have over 1000 subscribers, please open a ticket in our support server to get a quote. Some servers will need custom plans due to server load.
3. My Customer Has Forgotten The Gas Fee
If your customer has sent an amount that is under, if he is within the time limit he can send the rest to finish the transaction. Otherwise, please instruct him or her to check their email for an refund email from CoinPayments. It is best to have this notice up by default in your server, so that you do not have to repeat this.
